TRISHA KLUGE

Trisha began running early in her adult life and quickly fell in love with the running community, particularly on the trails. Over the years, she has completed a wide range of endurance events, from marathons to challenging 50K trail races. While distance running is her foundation, Trisha also enjoys testing her speed on the track as a way to stay sharp and well-rounded.

Her favorite discipline is cross country, where she thrives on uneven terrain and hills. Trisha’s strength and consistency have led to outstanding success at the national level. In 2024, she captured the Women’s 65+ title at the USATF National Club Cross Country Championships, and in 2025 she followed that performance with a runner-up finish at the same championship, hosted in Portland, Oregon.

At this stage of her career, Trisha is focused on staying healthy, building strength, and maintaining speed while continuing to enjoy the daily process of training and showing up with her teammates. She credits her progress to the guidance of Coach Michael, the support of her training partners, and the unique running culture in Eugene, where access to trails, track workouts, and community is all just minutes away.

Grateful for the people, the environment, and the opportunity to keep improving, Trisha approaches each season with enthusiasm, balance, and a genuine love for the sport — and, by her own admission, she doesn’t feel nearly as old as her birth certificate suggests.
