CHRISTINA HOWARD
Christina is the faculty Program Coordinator for Lane Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program, where she enjoys teaching and sharing best practices. A dedicated runner, she actively participates in road races, adventure runs, and local running groups in the Pacific Northwest. In 2024, she joined Ideal Performance Athletics to explore new challenges and continue her growth in health, performance, and community.
Christina graduated in 1995 with a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of California at San Francisco/San Francisco State University. She has diverse clinical experience, including outpatient orthopedics, chronic pain management, geriatric and neurological rehabilitation, and post-operative care. In 2020, she received the Excellence in Interprofessional Collaboration Award from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS).
Christina enjoys being part of the Emerging Elite team and plans to continue challenging herself through training, competition, and team camaraderie.
